What are the essential elements of a major marketing campaign?

My last post covered one of the four elements of an effective marketing campaign: You have to know your target group using a mainlining and expansion approach.   

Here’s the rest of the elements needed to launch a successful campaign. It incorporates thoughts shared in my last post on mainlining and expansion to create authentic value.

You need a message that can help clients right now, and demonstrates your availability.

It’s important to let your clients know that you can help them now. How? Through actualized demonstration of real, tangible value (i.e. content-rich newsletters, white paper with assessment tools and templates that they can take to the board, if needed). 

Give them the experience of the value you provide through the media. And clearly list your contact details to show you’re easily available. This can be shared through email, contact info headers and footers, a head shot to personalize the message and create a sense of familiarity, a statement of value proposition and more. Make it easy for them to contact you. Don’t make them work for it.
