Linda Henman, World-class Consultant and Coach, interviewed

March 1, 2010

In this interview I speak to Linda Henman, a world-class consultant and inductee into  Alan Weiss’s Million Dollar Consultant® Hall of Fame. Like me, Linda is a Master Mentor, providing business guidance to other consultants.

For over 30 years Linda has helped military organizations, family owned businesses, and Fortune 500 companies clarify where they are going and choose the people who can help them get there. She helps her clients select the best leaders, especially after mergers and acquisitions. She also provides coaching to executives, helping them to formulate and establish long-term business strategies for high-growth.

In this conversation Linda talks about
  • Her PhD dissertation studying Viet Nam veterans and resilience
  • The four main attributes that contribute to resilience
  • How mentoring opened her eyes to raising her fees
  • The power of referrals in growing her business
