Getting to Know Your Best Clients

Choose them wisely, and learn as much about them as you can. You will spend more time with these people than almost anyone else except your close friends and family. Get to know

  • their concerns
  • where they congregate
  • what they read
  • what is important to them
  • what they want

When you meet them, interview them. Explore their lives, interests, and history with enthusiasm.  Yes, it will help you serve them. Yes, it will help you to work better with them. And yes, it will fill you with deep satisfaction.
